Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges inline with trading standards should you need to return your item. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you exceed this deadline your parcel will be returned to you.

Please email us before you send a return to confirm your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please make sure to add a note with your order number and whether you are returning or exchanging. If you have any queries about your order or your return please contact hello@empowerclothing.co.uk. Please note if an item is returned with fake tan or make-up stains the refund will be refused.  Items must be returned in a resalable state in the original packaging.

TERMS OF SERVICE 1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact empowerclothing.co.uk before returning any items.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined (including make-up stains) or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

empowerclothing.co.uk suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. empowerclothing.co.uk will make a refund of eligible returns.

1.1 SHIPPING

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase therefore, please include your order number. You should mail your product to the address as shown above. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For International deliveries please allow up to 21 days for delivery. International custom clearance can delay parcels at no control over Empower Clothing. Allowing 21 days for delivery allows for custom clearance in the destination country. 

2. REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, any signs of wear or washing on inspection will be returned to the customer.

2.1 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

2.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: Hello@empowerclothing.co.uk.

2.3 SALE ITEMS

As per your rights, sale items can also be returned within 14 days for a full refund if returned in an unused and unwashed condition. 

2.4 EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or different product, send us an email at hello@empowerclothing.co.uk and send your item with a note to:

2.5 REDELIVERY

If your item is lost in transit then we are responsible for ensuring this package is delivered to you. Therefore, we will resend the parcel should this happen. In order to be eligible for a refund if the original parcel is shown as delivered we will require both parcels to be returned in order to accept the return.
