TERMS OF SERVICE 1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact empowerclothing.co.uk before returning any items.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined (including make-up stains) or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

empowerclothing.co.uk suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. empowerclothing.co.uk will make a refund of eligible returns.

1.1 SHIPPING

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase therefore, please include your order number. You should mail your product to the address as shown above. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Warehouse Processing hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Any orders that are done after 2pm on Friday will be dipatched the following Monday or Tuesday in case of a bank holiday.
